What Our Neighbors Say

According to niche.com Westminster is a wonderful community. Here are quotes from residents living in Westminster.

"Westminster, MA is a very small town in between Fitchburg and Gardner. It is extremely different from the surrounding towns. The town itself has so many interesting artifacts of history, including my house which was built in 1872 and named the Joseph Weatherbee house. It is also home of the famous Westminster Crackers building you would commonly see on oyster crackers. The town itself is very quiet and filled with townies. It was a really wonderful place to grow up in."

"I like living here because the people are helpful, neighbors help each other, people like to participate in town and school events, and it is a great location. We are close to Boston, Worcester, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut."

"In our town, the police are very visible. First, we have a DARE and RAD program, the police live and are active members of our community. In addition, people respect their neighbors and are active in different community programs."

"I love the housing in this area. Mostly fairly nice homes with lots of well taken care of the land. Very quiet. Cost of living isn't ridiculous and the neighbors are friendly."

"We have a great school system. Oakmont Regional High school is the one in town and I believe that they do a great job with education."
